Typically, our last viewing date is a week before the auction. 7 days later you can have the offer accepted, contracts exchanged and pick up keys 20 days later. Furthermore prior to offering, all the relevant information can be reviewed as it will be collated within the legal pack.

An in-room public auction is like no other environment. Everyone can see everyone else and know what they are prepared to pay. Buyers who have successfully purchased in an auction room will have the satisfaction of knowing they paid just enough to win.
